Part:BBa_K209486
AarI B-D part, DOR-Actinin1ABD
delta Opioid receptor fused to the actin binding domain of alpha-actinin-1. The fusion is flanked by AarI BD sites.
Usage and Biology
The ABD of ACTN1 binds to the C-terminus of DOR, and has been shown to modulate the recycling of the receptor. Unpublished results suggest that a direct fusion of these proteins shows improved recycling over wt DOR.
